Lightwaves2020\’s MSA compliant single channel full function EDFA combines state-of-the-art control electronics, firmware and highly reliable optics within a small form factor package to offer compact, economical amplification for a variety of optical signals.

This product offers highly accuracy Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and fast transient suppression, Automatic constant output Power Control (APC) and Automatic Constant Current (ACC) via an RS232 command interface. The MSA EDFA is Telcordia compliant.
