Abstract: In this paper,
we will present our work on accurate GFF fabrication based upon
the wavelength variable turning point optical transmission monitoring
method and GFF fabrication process computer simulation that reveals
the hidden natural error compensation effects associated with
the aforementioned monitoring method. We will also provide ways
to find the best monitoring strategy for a given GFF design.
