Depending on the date
of hire, employees receive two weeks of paid vacation during their first
year. This increases to 3 weeks after five years of employment. |
| Holidays |
| Lightwaves2020
provides 10 days of paid time off for certain nationally recognized holidays. |
| Sick
Leave |
| Lightwaves2020
pays for 6 days paid sick leave per year during the first year, which increases
to 10 days per year after 5 years of employment. Sick leave can be used
when an employee, employee's spouse or qualified dependant is sick or
disabled. |

Dental and Vision Insurance |
All
regular employees who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are
eligible to participate in the company's comprehensive medical, dental and
vision plans. |

Insurance |

All regular employees
who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week receive basic life
insurance coverage. |
| 401-K
Retirement and Savings Plan |
| Enrollment
in the retirement plan is eligible to all regular employees who have completed
3 months of service. Lightwaves2020 does not offer employer
matching at this time. |

provides cash awards to employees who are innovative and creative.These
will are awarded for every invention. |

Bonus Program |

Lightwaves2020
rewards the hard work of every employee by providing a cash bonus every
half a year. The amount of the bonus is dependent on personal and company
performance but is guaranteed to be the equivalent of at least one month's
salary. |
